    Almost Done

Friday was a day that almost everyone showed up to the site; we had many little things to accomplish  that required the help of all the no necks (that’s what we call each other because of our muscular physic.) The roof team worked tirelessly to put up the furring strips, the metal panels and, the crowning piece, the ridge cap. The roof is done!

Meanwhile, down below, the concrete countertop in the kitchen was being filled by Mathew and Jaebuem with a layer of cement. The texture appeared to be like a brain therefore, it needed to be filled. Also, some parts of the bathroom countertop were being sealed with Epoxy; only god knows how awful it smelled, but Mojdeh and Lauren were so brave that they endured this hardship and finished the task successfully, that’s how they do everything!!LOL

Other things were also happening; Eric was putting the second layer of earthen floor and his team were tamping and tamping and tamping. It was definitely a good work out for their triceps. Sanding, Painting, welding and toilet installing were the other things that happened. Everyone came back home tired and we knew we had to go back to site the next day but still we did not go to sleep early because there were many things to do.
