Today we drilled our foundations!
This year’s DBB house sits on top of 14 concrete piers. Located in the Aneth Chapter on the Navajo reservation, our site is located on a flood plain near the San Juan River. We used a 24” auger to drill 6’ in the ground.

Due to caving and hitting river rock, we poured water to stabilize caving sand as well as soften the river rock bed.
