    Session 2 – Week 2

Last week on… The Ultimate Bluffer

The students continued to tackle the roofing challenge. Due to some unforeseen issues, the roof had to be raised an extra half of an inch. Unsure of whether they would be able to complete the task on time, the Bluffers called on some friends to help speed up the work. First to arrive in Bluff was the newest member of the team, Adrienne! She stepped in without hesitation, ready to face any trial.

As the group battled against the roof, they decided to split up to make it to the finish line. Rachel and Sierra formed a team to work on blocking and rim board. Just look at that teamwork!

Adrienne and Taylor took control of the loft. The roof joists didn’t stand a chance against those precision cuts.

Aimee helped by adding some extra height to the top plates of the interior walls. Now the house is ready for ceiling installation.

Diane fills in where she is needed and, as always, keeps everyone’s safety in check.

With little time to spare, the Bluffers requested some backup from their friends from Sausage. Mark and Colby answer the call and bring the big guns…nailguns. The four extra hands helped push the roof sheathing to the finish line.

At the end of the week, the team celebrated their accomplishment with a delicious feast which was masterfully crafted by the lovely Libby!

On schedule and on budget, the Bluffers are fully prepared to face new obstacles next week.
